1. Answers, route, and screens all telephone calls.
2. Greet, assists, responds to queries of visitors and guests and provide information about the company.
3. Coordinates incoming and outgoing documents, mails, and facsimiles.
4. Prepares memos/correspondence for HR Manager.
5. Arranges drivers of Engineers for their site visits and inspections.
6. Assists and taking appointments of the General Manager in the absence of the Executive Secretary.
7. Coordinate and facilitates ticket and hotel bookings of the officers, staff and guests of the company.
1. Responsible for determining the compensability of claims and evaluation of company's liability for payable claims.
2. Also responsible for receiving the claims documents and other pertinent correspondence relative to the claim.
3. Ensures that proper coordination with the appropriate department/s on any linkages, issues or questions that may arise from the processing of the claims is properly dealt with.
4. Negotiates company estimates to car dealers and repair shops.
5. Handles filing and monitoring of claims filed within the branch.
6. Responsible for preparing and reporting of monthly claims paid by the branch office.
