1.) Implement and monitor the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Program.
2.) Daily survey, inspection and audit of construction operation to ensure compliance with client and company safety standards. Identify unsafe act and unsafe condition then initiate corrective action.
3.) Recommend corrective actions through pro-active job supervision and initiate cessation of work if needed in an area where imminent danger is present.
4.) Inform line supervision, employees and subcontractors of existing or potential health & safety hazards and significant environmental impacts.
5.) Facilitate and assist line supervision on conducting daily toolbox meeting and ensure proper documentation.
6.) Initiate / assist in promoting HSE awareness and conduct HSE Trainings to all employees and all subcontractors are required
7.) Ensure that adequate fire-fighting equipment are provided and maintained at work areas and offices / facilities.
8.) Conduct accident investigation, analyze and formulate recommendation both preventive and corrective actions.
9.) Prepare emergency evacuation plan, safe route and identified safe assembly area. Act as area warden directly reporting to the Area manager during the emergency evacuation situation.
