* Educate clients about Customs rules and regulations, international tariff and shipping restriction.
* Train staff of different job functions within Custom Clearance Department.
* Attending and answering customers complain.
* Prepare schedule for my team members.
* Plan and organize the day to day operation to ensure smooth operation.
* Train team members of different Customs system i.e. Dubai Trade Mirsal 1, Mirsal 2, ACCS, etc. and attend their time to time queries.
* Maximize pre-clearance Bill of Entry to meet customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that correct lodgment declarations are made on behalf of customers, whilst satisfying the legislation set by Customs.
* Help importer and exporter understand and meet the rules and regulations put in place by the federal government with regards to the trade industry.
* Inform and advise customers the proper documentation needed for the detained shipment held by Dubai Custom and other legal authority.
* Cancel and amend bill of entry online through Dubai Custom system.
* Prepare and submit reports to Operation and Finance Department.
* Attend and answer customer's queries through email and telephone.
Making deliveries and pick-up of packages in as efficient a manner as possible.
Operating the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
Following company identifications standards.
Assisting with loading and unloading the trucks.
Keeping logs up to date and ensuring valid information is recorded.
Answer phone inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner .
Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended.
Ensure that guests spaces and lobby are clean at all times.
