2014 - Present: Logistics Supply Consultant - Handicap International - Lebanon (French INGO): Ensure Professional Logistical Support on Supply Management:
1.1 Ensure a good preparation of the purchases files in line with the HI policies: 1.1.1 Edit the tender documents (national, international) in line with the donor and Handicap International rules and policies.
1.1.2 Manage the markets surveys, call for tenders and purchase folders in line with the donor and Handicap International rules and policies.
1.1.3 Negotiate with suppliers the best cost efficiency ratio in line with the donor and Handicap International rules and policies.
1.1.4 Edit framework contracts with suppliers.
1.2 Participate to the Audit / Check of the purchases files on a country level: 1.2.1 Audit and correct supply files on a country level in line with the supply assistant of each base.
1.2.2 Support supply assistant on archiving process of all supply files.
1.2.3 Propose improvement on the supply process to increase the quality of the service.
1.3 Participate to projects including Supply Chain Management: Being the focal point on supply in projects that will involve supply (ERP, Revision of policies or Templates)

• Handling purchases of all goods for ICRC medium/large operation and/or for sectors of importance.
• Submitting various offers to logistics department and administration and ensures correct purchasing procedures.
• Negotiating with suppliers for the best purchase conditions to achieve the best value for money.
• Responsible for drawing up and expediting purchase orders and contracts.
• Analyzing offers and submitting best proposals in form of selection/comparison table to the logistics coordinator for action.
• Taking part in the selection of suppliers.
