-Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality using lean tools and quality tools.
-Faults Analyzing, its root cause & to ensure full poka-yoke process.
-Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
-Carrying out 5S, Poke- Yoke and kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
-Improve product quality by making recommendations for change.
-Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve products.
-Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
-Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.
-Prepare the monthly, weekly and day to day reports and compare with target.
-Maintaining and updating the Batch Manufacturing Records.
-Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production and manufacturing process.
-Evaluate the monthly result with QC manager.
-Report to QC manager.

-Receive customer complains and checks QCP, perform 8D Techniques.Investigate and coordinate customer concerns,
-Monitor quality related costs and targets and champion internal activities aimed to address and close outstanding customer complaints.
-Actual customer on site visits and be required to maintain a positive rapport with the clients.
-The application of quality tools, generating ideas how to permanently and robustly close customer issues (both electrical and mechanical),
-Maintenance of quality documentation and preparing technical reports for submission to clients.
-Authorizing line stoppage of and shipments when working not according procedure
-Ensure customer requirement are met.

-Check vehicles to ensure compliance with state inspection requirements.
- Perform routine automotive maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
- Identify pre-existing and potential vehicle malfunctions.
-Work with manufacturers to order inventory.
-Coordinate with insurance companies to complete sponsored repairs.
-Inform customers about promotional products and services.
-Test vehicle parts prior to installation/repair.
