- Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand requirements.
-Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations and dealing with the queries for them.
-Maintain orders, pricing, payment and vendor files.
-Work with vendors on pricing, scheduling of material, and planning of future order.
-Maintain the purchase file system integrity and database.
-Work with appropriate groups to source alternate products or services if current supplier is unable to meet our needs or requirement.
-Negotiate prices with current and potential suppliers . ers, review and communicate alternate sources and standardized product alignment.
-Prepare and ensure purchase orders/service agreements are complete, issued and acknowledged.
- Resolve internal customer complains.
