I am a part of the Operation and Maintenance Department as a senior technician;
We monitor our Network and customer's links status, give the needed support either remotely or on site both side (central sites or customer premises) in coordination and cooperation with the upper level engineers.
The company sell Satellite System Equipments For TV.
My responsibility was the Technical Team Support :Training session, Quality of service&Technical support.
I have a LT Degree in Telecommunication
