Key Responsibilities:
Earth work, cutting and filling, concrete and pre-fabricated structures, piles, m
services ducts, maintenance and extension including: Monitoring quality & quantum of
work on daily, weekly and monthly basis, maintaining and keeping close check on
financial and technical aspects of project, resources management, preparing and
maintaining reports & records, coordination with all level of management from contractor
to client.
External storage area (400 x 50 m with two gantry cranes)
• Chemical & refractory storage area (160m x 40 m indoor) and billet storage area.
• Car parking sheds (500 cars)
• Dust bunkers (5000 m2
with 6 m high walls and fence)
• Refurbishment of management building (2 Floors)
• Firefighting pipeline (underground and overhead)
• Storm water pipeline (up to 15 m deep) and underground gas pipeline
• Utilities (Sewage, Irrigation and Portable Water pipeline)
• RO Plant water clarifier (4000 m3
)
• Combustion chamber and cooling chamber maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Project leader to project manager for the client, writing SOW for different civil
jobs, technical evaluation of bids, monitoring and supervising quality and safety at site,
coordinating resources to meet programmed deadline, identifying options and
recommending solutions to resolve technical issues, mentoring and supervising junior
staff, working closely with all level of management, engineers and field operation staff,
preparing reports and records, commissioning, handing over and snag closing.
Fire station CMW Fujairah (3 Fire Tender docks, 1 workshop and office block)
• Extension of Fujairah Refinery (Foundation of tanks & pipelines and anchoring etc.,
Tanks and other civil structures)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating resources to meet programmed deadline, identifying options and
solutions to resolve technical issues, dealing with subcontractors, supervising junior staff,
working closely with all level of management, engineers and field operation staff,
preparing reports and records, tendering and preparation of BOQ, cost estimation.
Villas & Industrial Buildings
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating utilities to meet programmed deadline, procurement, resolve
technical issues, producing and processing financial measurements, attending project site
selection studies, mentoring and supervising junior staff, commencing work from both in
house personal and external contractors and sub-contractors, working closely with all
level of management, engineers and field operation staff, preparing progress reports,
preparation of BOQ and quotations.
Projects:
• Villas, Ruwais Housing Scheme & Jalfar Towers (45 Floor with Podium) RAK.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocating & recruiting human resources, Procurement of all type of building
material, coordinating utilities and resources to timely finishing of projects, identifying
options and recommending solutions to resolve technical issues, briefing draughtsman
and checking drawings, attending project site selection studies, Assisting in
preparation of design report, producing & quoting BOQ & quotations and material
analysis, mentoring and supervising junior staff, commencing work from both in house
personal and external contractors, Working closely with all level of management,
engineers and field operation staff, preparing progress report
