Was heading the HR function with the responsibility to drive strategic & operational HR agenda inuding aligning organization structure and design with busines strategy, building the leadership team, HR Digital Transformation, Developing and implementing performance management dashboards and MIS for all functions, putting in place the governance structure and mechanism for performance data capturing, tracking, monitoring and reporting to management, Learning & Development, Employee attraction, engagement and retention etc
During my 5 Yrs stint at Infosys, I played 2 roles, whiich are, for the first 2.5 Yra, I was globally heading the portfolio of Post M&A HR Integration responsible for integrating 6 acquisitions across the globe and 1 JV set up in Singapore into Infosys from people, organization, culture, processes, policies and systems point of view.
After performing this corporate role I was internally promoted and transferred to Infosys Consulting where I last headed the Talent & Organization Practice based out of India, looking after Middle East market. In this role, my primary responsibility was to plan and executive large scale digital transformation projects
Was heading the HR function for 1200+ people strong personal ground transportation organization driving their strategic and operational HR agenda

As a principal Consultant I was managing and executing large scale talent & Organization consulting projects
Headed the HR function for southern India first and then subsequently the North India HR function. During my stint with ICICI I ramped up the workforce from 200 people to 1200 people in South India and doubled the headcount in North India from 800 people to 1600 people
Was leading training function for the company
Did a project on competency mapping with Tata Realty in Mumbai and Performance management system design with another organization in Pune
