Key Responsibilities:
* Identify critical issues, problems & potential changes and communicate to the Lead Office.
* Communicating and coordinating with other departments & exchanging input data for smooth completion of
project.
* Attending Project Review meetings with home office. Discuss & resolve issues for timely execution & completion of
project.
* Held daily and weekly meetings between Home office and Work share office; ensured that all Discipline
understand their scope, strategy and deliverables; managed inter‐discipline/office technical interfaces.
* Identifying, documenting and communicating lessened learned.
* Coordinated to prepare and approval of personal assignment authorization form (PAAF) from client for various
team member.
* Raised change notices, upon capturing of changes from client.
* Ensure the requirements of project are being incorporated into the design.
* Manage and challenge hold list.
* Monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency in achieving targets.
* Follow-up and coordinate with various stakeholders of the project to ensure interfaces are properly defined and
monitored to avoid delays to project. Propose and implement remedial actions if necessary.
* Review of vendor drawings / documents.
* Checking of piping deliverables. Development of special pipe support sketches with MTO.
