Definition: To perform all duties to oversee the store and ensure that operations run smoothly. Train, schedules, monitor and provide direction to store staff and volunteers. Other responsibilities are inventory, stocking, maintaining and changing displays, pricing and tidiness of the store.
Definition: To ensure that best customer service is always delivered and assistance with product selection is up to mark, item tagging’s, merchandising, tidiness are appropriately done as per instructions of the owner and cash counter is effectively handled with no shortages.
Definition: To achieve targets by using customer service skills, establishing a weekly sales plan to effectively sell products to our Customers. To maintain tidiness and merchandising basics (pricing, display change etc.) as well as working closely with (Home delivery, Exchange and Refunds, Warehouse, Cashiers) on regular basis for item request, guarantee process, Complaints on Faulty Products and Services, keeping in mind the standard of ease of shopping for Customers improves every other day.
