Some significant achievements at Allison Transmission were:
o Secured release in the BEML BH-40 and Tata Hitachi EHT1700 Dumpers
o Acquired the automatic transmission release in the Tata Prima Tipper range - India’s first multi-axle tipper with a fully automatic transmission.
o Led and validated fuel economy targets in the Tata LPO 1616/62 bus leading to it being the first Indian city bus release in the front engine configuration with a fully automatic transmission
o Integrated, tested and validated a fully automatic transmission release in India’s first indigenously developed military 6-axle truck - the Tata 5252 12x12 missile carrier
o Other key releases in the military segment include the Tata QDMCT 4x4, Tata 715 4x4, Tata 1621 4x4, VRDE WHAP 8x8.
o Localization, design and development of transmission adaptation and application hardware.
Responsible to test and validate OEMs installation of automatic transmission in line with global best practices

o Supported testing of the Tata LSV 4x4 at the army forward bases
o Localization of transmission oil cooler and other application hardware
