• To operate diesel powered generators to work on duplex house projects and ensure optimum power supply.

• Worked Erection and commissioning Electrical Maintenance (Cable-Meager -Pulling-Loop Test, TX- SC, OC, oil test,
Transmission line HI pot test, Meager test and installation 9km- 33KV transmission line) and HT, LT, HFO, DO, LO, Control
Air, Starting Air, and steam line (Flushing). Successfully Completed COD, RRT & DCT of 55 MW power plant.
• Operation and maintenance of MAN Diesel & Turbo 18V48/60TS (Each Engine 19.800MW. 03 Genset) Alternator model
ABB AMG1600UU12 and Alfa Laval YQ(Y)W series oil-fired boiler, Water treatment plant, Effluent treatment plant, fuel
treatment plant and tank area.

property & personal Participate in regular training to improve performance & also communicate clearly & effectively with
other power plant personal to encourage teamwork & coordinate tasks.
• Overall responsibility HFO plant operation. Engine ready & Engine Stop Procedure. Stand by Engine turning procedure,
Engine sump fresh Lube oil top up & lube oil transfer from lube oil sump to different tank.
• Cooling water fills in Engine & drain from Engine.
• Reduced electrical downtime through proactive maintenance, ensuring uninterrupted operations and minimizing production
loss.
• Responsible for plant startup, operation, shutdown, emergency handling, troubleshooting & coordination with NLDC and
BPDB for efficient evacuation of power as per PPA
• Checking the daily log sheet & record keeping of all plant operational activities.To perform task as assigned by operation in
charge and send daily operational reports to higher management
• To check the test report of water, lube oil and other liquid chemicals for quality assurance done by chemists.
• Erection, installation and commissioning of 11/33 KV, 50MVA 2 Power transformers substation and 11/.4KV, 2.25MVA 2
auxiliary transformers substations & low voltage distribution system. Black start diesel generator voltage distribution. MV &
LV switch gear installation and commissioning with MAN and Magnus Power Pvt. ltd.
