Here as an HR intern I conducted and scheduled interviews, worked on tech and Non- tech hiring, assigned psychometric tests to the candidates and sourced the candidates. Collected information regarding ID cards and data reimbursement. Drafted and implemented Whistle Blower Policy and Anti-Bribery Corruption Policy and involved in employee engagement and employee management of the company.
