• Sellout - The start-up was sold to another Mumbai based start-up in micro-market space (distress sale)
Prepared sell-side investor presentation and financial model, analyzed the market and identified potential investors, organized and led strategic investor meeting between Norway based Multinational and South India based explosive company generating $30 Million annual revenue
• Business Development - Procured 2 sell side mandates worth $1 Million and $0.5 Million fee and 1 JV mandate worth $0.1 Million
• Worked with several teams including due diligence, markets and valuations
• Worked on a $430 Million securitization project for a leading NBFC and performed valuation advisory for the wind portfolio in India of a foreign company
• Prepared detailed technical proposal and presentation pitch for a major gas player in Mumbai planning for $120 Million IPO
