Roles and Responsibility

•Coordinating and managing interdisciplinary information flow to support AFC drawings release schedule.
•Overall coordination and management of required engineering inputs to and from Vendors to support PEC commodity release schedule and Vendor’s manufacturing schedule.
•Implementing Value Engineering initiatives and lesson learnt from past projects
•Overall monitoring for Commodity release against budget.
•Managing Changes during the project life cycle.
•Vendors/Subcontractors Evaluation
•Ensuring Compliance to all Quailty, HSE and statutory requirements for the project
•Implementation of 30%, 60 % and 90 % Client Model review. Expediting for close-out of model review tags.
•Expediting vendor document submissions through close coordination with Delivery team.
•Expediting vendor document review through meetings, discussions and weekly reporting of VDR status.
•Coordinating and expediting Engineering and Vendor tag registers required as per contractual requirement of
Client.
•Conducting weekly progress meetings to review progress, productivity of disciplines, project holdups, pending documents from client & status of IDC
•Preparing and presenting project progress status reports to management.
•Coordinating for resolving multidiscipline queries from site.
•Field engineering management during Construction, Commissioning and Start up.
•Overseeing project close out activities and preparing project close out report
•Managing Defects claims from Client

•Coordination with subcontractor for Design verification of Boilers.
•Attending pre-Bid Meetings with the client along with marketing team.

1. Project: South Pars Gas Field Development Phases 17&18

Preparing detailed specification.
•Preparing all cost databases for unit pricing & cost estimation using proper estimation methodology.
•Preparing technical & commercial proposals for Clients Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Invitation to Bid (ITB)
•Preparing estimates for Material requirement, Power requirement & weights of various components & structures

Mechanical

•Supervising mechanical construction work at site.
•Coordinating with all concerned Departments, consultants, contractors, vendors to meet the Project Schedules.
•Preparing Techno commercial Comparative Statements, Work Orders & Letter of Intent for assisting in placing the Purchase Order.
•Plant shutdown and Modification work planning.
•Erection and commissioning of System like Pneumatic Ash handling & equipment like EOT Cranes, Compressors & pumps.
