Role :-  Working for AIP Submarine Fuel cell plant for DRDO ( NMRL Ltd ).  Handling a Team of 6 Engineers.  Flame proof Junction Box, Starter, Control Electrical Panel GA designing and selection of Electrical Components as per application.  Selection of PLC Hardware as per application in Siemens TIA Selection Tools .  Application knowledge of Automation Functions like PID, Modbus - RTU/TCP, Servo positioning & synchronization, OPC UA, Fail safe PLC functions, STO, Brake motors, Encoders.  programming of PLC, HMI, VFD like Siemens PLC TIA V17  Troubleshooting Control panel electrical and Software Issues.  Managing Electrician & mechanical teams.  Technical involvement in R&D New Development Machine Design with Vendors like Siemens, Allen bradely etc.  Experience of supervising personnel, prepare schedules, and conducting design reviews for NPD projects. Working with Mechanical, Electrical & Software Team for Project Executions.  Knowledge of Machine Directive compliance 2006/42/EC, 21 CRF. Certification of machines for CE & EAC with Certified Vendors.  Preparing URS (User Requirement Specification) of Machines to Engineering Team.  Design involvement with Mechanical / Electrical Team for New development Machine.  Machine Commissioning On Site for NPD & Customized Projects.

Role :-  Short term Germany onsite For Automation projects for 3rd party clients.  Commissioning of Third party machines on site with Validation FAT.  Technical Project Management of Machines in Pres sales, Execution & Post sales for Export & Domestic projects.  Application knowledge of Automation Functions like PID, Modbus - RTU/TCP, Servo positioning & synchronization, OPC UA, Fail safe PLC functions, STO, Brake motors, Encoders.  programming of PLC, HMI, VFD like Siemens PLC (Step S7 TIA portal V14 ).  Troubleshooting Control panel electrical and Software Issues.  Managing Electrician & mechanical teams.  Technical involvement in R&D New Development Machine Design with Vendors like Siemens, Allen bradely, Mitsubshi etc.  Selection of Photoelectric, Fiber Optic, Sensors as per Packaging/ Processing machine Application.  Verifying Electrical Panel GA, Electrical diagram & pneumatic Diagrams of machines.  Selection electrical parts in Machinery like Sensors, Automation Devices, Electrical Components, Pneumatic Components, Servo Motors according to applications. Basic Selection of Pneumatics valves, cylinders & FRL.  Experience of supervising personnel, prepare schedules, and conducting design reviews for NPD projects. Working with Mechanical, Electrical & Software Team for Project Executions.  Knowledge of Machine Directive compliance 2006/42/EC, 21 CRF. VFD like Siemens V20, Allen bradely power flex 4M, Siemens V90 Servo drive, Servo Simotion .  Selection of Photoelectric, Fiber Optic, Ultrasonic, Temperature, Level & Capacitive Sensors as per Packaging/ Processing machine Application.  Managing Electrician & mechanical teams.  Technical involvement in R&D New Development Machine Design with Vendors like Siemens, Allen bradely, Mitsubshi etc.  Designing Electrical & pneumatic Diagrams.  Experience of supervising personnel, prepare schedules, and conducting design reviews for NPD projects. Working with Mechanical, Electrical & Software Team for Project Executions.  Visiting Customer Sites for Customized Packaging Machine line implementation.  Knowledge of Machine Directive compliance 2006/42/EC, 21 CRF. Certification of machines for CE & EAC with Certified Vendors.  Onsite Commissioning of NPD Projects.  SAT & FAT of machines with customer.

Role:-  Programming of PLC, HMI, VFD like Siemens PLC (Step S7 TIA portal 10.5, V11, V13, V14, Microwin smart 2.0), Allen bradely PLC ( Rslogix 500, Factory Talk)), Delta PLC ( WPLSoft ).  Electrical Diagram Design in ZW Cad+ Software.  Selection of electrical parts in Machinery like Sensors, Automation Devices, Electrical Components, Pneumatic Components, Servo Motors according to applications .  Design involvement with Mechanical/Electrical Team for New development Machine.  Basic Selection Knowlegde of Pneumatics valves, cylinders & FRL etc.  On Site Commissioning and SAT.  VFD like Siemens V20, Allen bradely power flex 4M, Siemens V90 Servo drive .  Electrical Diagram Suggestion to Electrical Team.  On Site Visit Technical for Scope Finalization like I/O, PLC selection and Timeline.  On Site Commissioning of Machines and Plants.  FAT and SAT with Customer.  Conducting Scope Meetings, Develop WBS and resource allocation planning after getting Approval of Order.  Preparing and maintain track records of integrated systems including software, hardware, mechanical and electrical fields.  Testing and troubleshooting of all PLC, SCADA based control panels, MCC panel.
