Project: - Dubai Metro PROJECT (JT Metro JV) a Joint Venture of Japan and Turkey for RTA (Road & Transport Authority), Dubai Government Designation: Storekeeper- Stores & Inventory Management
▪Assisting in Purchase, from material requisition to receiving, Preparing Monthly Inventory Reports, and Preparing Stock Reports.
▪Making Indents, follow-ups with the Suppliers, Receiving the merchandise from the suppliers as per the delivery note/PO, and verifying it against the Invoice.
▪Monitoring the incoming materials supplied by vendors and ensuring they are as per quality & quantity specifications.
▪Interacting with vendors and following up with suppliers for ensuring manufacturing & delivery of various items as per the agreed schedule.
▪Monitoring pending indents and the undelivered purchase order on a daily basis.
▪Ensuring efective inventory control for ensuring the ready availability of materials to meet the project targets.
▪Ensure adequate documentation, filling, and overall maintenance of store records. Provide periodical reports to the management regarding the stock status.
▪Stock Codification and Classification. Issue, Handling & Storage of Materials in appropriate areas. Maintained proper Store Housekeeping.
▪Disposal of non-usable materials and scrap.

▪Assisting in procurement for various types of Civil Items I.e., Steel, Cement, Sand, Aggregate, and Bricks & Scafolding Items.
▪Sending RFQ for quotation and preparation of Comparative statement. PO Monitoring.
▪Monitoring the incoming materials supplied by vendors and ensuring they are as per quality & quantity specifications.
▪Material handling and proper stacking as per material specifications.
▪Monitoring pending indents and the undelivered purchase order on daily basis.
▪Assisted in Stock Auditing & reconciliation of Major A-Class items.
