 Handling 132kV/33kV substation project for monitoring and construction schedule review with Saudi electricity company PTS & standards.
 Execution of project with Quality assurance and commitments, verifying and adopting, applying the Quality manuals, MS, Quality procedures at sites.
 Monitor the quality of work, verification of material and equipment received at site with approved documents.
 Attending and witnessing site inspections as per RFI, RMI(Request for material inspection) as per SEC standard.
 Preparation of progress and work quality report of Contractor and updating the upper management.
 Progress report update on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
 Attend meeting on progress and safety during construction phase.
 Attending visit & meeting with the ISD team and follow up for the given punch-list for Energization clearance.
 Ensuring that responses are complete and in compliance with the contract documents. Where problems found, work with project engineer to resolve etc.
 Status of pending equipment for commissioning making Punch list attending meetings with the management to discuss EHS issues, Liaising the site visit with higher management and highlighting the area of priority.
 Audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor submittal plan.
 Ensure all drawings are updated, according to site modification and review as built drawings for final submission.
 Interact with the project team in Quality requirements.
 Ensure uniformity of design practices and standards throughout project execution.
 Strictly complying SEC site safety guidelines and procedure.

Key Deliverables
o Spearheading a gamut of activities encompassing:
- Handling project activities related to working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion. Supervising all electrical activities involved in switchyard projects.
- Executing switchyard projects and incorporating quality as well as health & safety policy.
- Ensuring that smooth execution of site operations; planning of execution in daily, weekly and long term.
- Managing various activities pertaining to testing and commissioning of a switch yard equipment; responsible for preparing method statement and risk assessment.
- Liaising with various sub-contractors to plan & schedule the project activities for smooth & timely execution.
- Implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedules along with finalizing the specifications; involved in material planning & controlling for smooth project execution.
- Coordinating with vendors for ensuring on-time supply of equipment; with project office for various activities, ensuring timely availability of materials, sorting out issues relating to liaison and other local problems.
- Allocating the resources optimizing the available time for enhancing profitability; involved in documentation- drawings, invoices, reports, correspondence & material related, etc.

o Successfully executed various key projects;
- #220kv substations (02 nos.) of GETCO at Surendranagar on Narmada kenal for pumping house purposes.
- #220kv extension of 07 bays at Adani Power Limited, Mundra.
- #220kv sub-station Tata Motor Limited (Nano car project), Sanand, Ahmedabad.
- #220kv/66kv substation, GETCO, at Lakhani (Banaskantha), Gujarat.
- #220kv Bus coupler and Bus sectionaliser bay with PASS (plug and switch system) and one 220kv line bay at Adani Power Limited, Mundra (Kutch).
- #220KV bay-02nos. at welspun steel in Anjar (Kutch), Gujarat.
- #66KV Substation for 40MW solar Power Plant of Adani Power Limited at Bitta (Naliya), Gujarat.
- # 400/132KV Substation at NTPC, Super Thermal Power Plant at Mouda, Nagpur.
- Ongoing Assignment: # 765/400KV substation at PMC Projects (India) Pvt.ltd, Koradi, Nagpur (Maharashtra).

Key Accomplishments
o Bagged a ‘National Golden Award-2008’ by the Power Ministry of India for the best executed power transmission substation in India, GETCO.

Key Deliverables
o Responsible for planning & managing overall operations for executing projects within time parameters.
o Handled projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and manpower planning to ensure timely execution of projects.
o Involved as a part of pioneer team responsible for setting up an infrastructure of Torrent Power; for 22KV cable laying, termination & testing; erection of 22KV overhead line; C.T., P.T., & Isolator erection & testing; feeder bifurcation & installation of RMU (Ring Main Unit).
o Looked after the maintenance and operation of switch yard for the smooth flow of operations.
