• Carry out the full life-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of positions (22 posts in the MENAD region) to include posting, sourcing, reviewing resumes and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, drafting contracts, following up and the on boarding of new hire.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
• Review and update job descriptions and recommend strategies to motivate employees.
• Train hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques
• Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
• Suggest new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations (e.g. ATS and HRIS software)
• Monitor key recruiting metrics, like turnover and retention rates
• Address employee requests and potential issues (e.g. grievances)
• Assist in organizing employer branding initiatives. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members
• Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
• Research and recommend performance evaluation methods (e.g. employee appraisal systems)
• Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
• Manage mailboxes, SharePoint, shared folders and all recruitment tools in accordance to agreed record management guidelines, to ensure that records are kept accurate, are ready on a click and capture critical information about the campaign.
• To oversee the timely, operationally efficient and cost-effective delivery of administrative and personnel services.
• To drive and sustain process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity levels and overall functional excellence for administrative services.
• Maintain best practice and ensure enhancements are developed to comply with company stability and growth.
• Coach and guide management staff towards employee complaints and best practices on ways to handle individual cases.
• Accountable for all processes related to probation periods, employee grievances, performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
