• Establish detailed TPM/RCM action plan for critical equipment, and ensure to meet the TPM activity - to upkeep the equipment for effective utilization (OEE).
• Responsible for driving Reliability Centered Maintenance-RCM initiatives.
• Mechanical Maintenance of Mills and Utilities which includes Preventive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Condition Based Maintenance & Ensuring 100% Availability.
• Application of reliability improvement tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Equipment Audits, FMEA, RCM, Condition Monitoring, KAIZEN, SGA, & 5S.
• Maintaining a daily checklist of machinery against predefined taking corrective action if any deviation.
• Assess the potential of current assets, Identify key value drivers, Debottlenecking, initiating focused improvement projects in Productivity, Availability, MTTR, and MTBF.
• Spare Planning and Inventory control and ensuring the availability of all critical spares.
• Prepare and modify SOP / SMP and ensuring effective implementation of the same.
• Ensure regular workforce planning for the required Maintenance activity, allocation of jobs and ensure effective monitoring.
• Handling the workforce, training to associates and reducing losses to achieve maximum production target.
• Training the workforce for effective maintenance and proper utilization of equipment by standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Having knowledge of following standards. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
