Customer Service:-Greeting of the customers on the floor, Attitude to serve,
Complaint Handling, Pitch in Support.

Visual merchandising: Arrangement of stock on the floor according to the VM principles of the Organization Giving attractive looks to focal points or focal walls, Stories/thematic Display of products, Suggesting layout changes as an objective to maximize sales.

Sales and Stock:-Achieving Targets, sending FMS/Base Stock requirement proactively, Qualitative feedback, pullout from the Ware House and from store, ensuring stock to its display capacity, coordination and follow ups with merchandiser Controllers, Ware house team and Buying team.


Organizational Discipline:-Following the hierarchy, reporting to the line manager, abide by rules and regulations of the Organization, punctual attendance, team player, initiator, no grouping should take place on floor.

House Keeping:-Ensure daily cleaning of the shelves, fixtures, fittings to the dirt free, cleaning material maintained/stored neatly. Floor should be free from cartons/obstacles, back store area maintained well.
Cost Control:-Ensure Hash total, perpetual counting to absolute zero and variance confirmation on time, proper handling of defectives, No defects by staff and less OTs.

Coaching, Mentoring and Team leading:-Ensuring Customer service of international standards, training and development of staffs, assisting and mentoring of new staffs, set examples of Complaint Handling and best practices of Customer delight.

Market Intelligence:-Keeping regular updation on markets, new entrants, effect of occasions/festivals/off sales.

Floor Ethics And others:-Ensuring best body language and other ethics on the floor, timely replenishment and follow ups, product knowledge and feedback and knowledge of the Organization, maintenance of all documents, taking care of admin and maintenance issues on floor.
