Manage seasonal deliveries from various global supplier markets to UAE for seasonal launches.
• Maintain a cash flow monitor based on purchases for Finance analysis during retro planning
• Negotiate to get stocks within delivery windows and to streamline discrepancies in receipts

• Overseeing planning and executing the clearing of variance in imports arriving from
various vendors to match the stock value in warehouse and purchase orders
• Using SAP platform to manage stock movements from purchase orders to stores and customers
after proper validation and storage in the warehouse, by leading the Customer Service Team
• Implemented S&OP process on organization level which resulted in significant improvement of
forecast accuracy and right product availability on time; successfully improved fill rates by 3% and
optimized inventory levels through close review of order delivery
• Delivered a cost savings impact of approximately US$ 51, 200 through supply base rationalization and
strategic sourcing efforts within targeted categories
• Achieved approximately US$ 25, 000 in positive cash flow improvements through negotiation of more
favorable vendor payment terms
Product Group Planning- Small Commercial Vehicles
• Handled portfolio of Easy Group & SCV (Motorcycle & Scooter) tyre and tubes in
product scheduling across the company
