• Oversee all warehouse functions, including inbound and outbound logistics,
inventory control, and efficient material handling processes.
• Supervise and manage a team of up to 35 staff, providing guidance,
performance monitoring, and training to maintain productivity and safety.
• Monitor stock levels using Min-Max techniques, perform daily cycle counts, and
manage discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain high standards in stacking, storage, and layout of both indoor and
outdoor warehouse areas for optimal space utilization and safety.
• Maintained inventory handling techniques such as FIFO (First In, First Out),
FEFO (First Expired, First Out), batch/lot control, and ABC analysis to ensure
product quality, minimize wastage, and optimize stock rotation.
• Prepare and maintain essential documents such as SOPs, GR/GI records, RMA
registers, and generate reports (weekly, monthly, KPI, reorder levels).
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct in-house training, and participate in internal
and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create and manage item codes, track purchase requisitions, and follow up with
procurement based on end-user demand and consumption patterns.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery
of goods.
• Prepare import and export documents like invoice, packing list and delivery
order etc.
• Track shipments, update end users and customers with delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with ICT to implement digital solutions that enhance operational
efficiency and support continuous improvement.
• Address and resolve client-related issues by ensuring timely and accurate
delivery of materials, maintaining high service standards.
• Issue work permits for maintenance and contractor activities, ensuring safe
execution and compliance with facility regulations.

• Supervise warehouse floor and computer operations.
• Supervise Receiving and dispatching of materials.
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate
quantity, type and also acceptable quality.
• The receiving materials put away to the system showing location.
• Storing stock safely and making sure that all inventory processes are completed
on the same day.
• Materials grouping model wise and production wise.
• Monitoring stock levels and minimizing stock loss.
• Load planning: co-ordination and communication with transporter abouttheir
delivery
• Orders & planning vehicle based on transporter allocation.
• Billing: preparing invoice bills, packing list and other road permit for dispatching
materials.
• Make & establish stock transfer to other regional warehouses and central
warehouse.
• IOD punching: confirming delivery of goods at dealer point.
• Confirming received goods at warehouse.
• Proper communication with branch SCM and sales executive about availability of
goods.
• Inventory control: checking system stock and actual physical stock in warehouse
and monitoring daily stock counting.
• Managing sales return (SRN).
