• Manage all communication with supervisors and ensure efficiency of all fabrication process and resolve all issues for processes.
• Co-ordinate with technicians and provide support to all teams and maintain quality of all work processes in systems.
• Prepare estimates and quotes for all supply materials and assist to fabricate.
• Recommend design modifications as per the customer requirements
• Plan all materials for new products and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and administer product orders and ensure compliance to all timeframe for all fabricated products.
• Assist General Manager and prepare reports on regular basis after final inspections.
• Manage and reconcile all work orders with help of vendors and prepare required drawings.
• Provide support to all total productive maintenance programs and design all fabrication processes and appropriate schedules.
• Establish production & quality control standards as well as prepare technical status reports.
• Provide engineering support during mechanical related installation activities. Render technical advice regarding design, fabrication, or program modifications and structural repairs.
• Responsible for Planning and Purchase of Raw Material and Vendor Management.
• Assists in the design and fabrication of mechanical engineering projects, systems, or equipment.
• Assists in the troubleshooting of systems and equipment and performs repair under close supervision.
• Assists in the preparation of project presentations to explain progress of project, which includes preparing routine graphic illustrations, charts and drawings.
• Requisitions components and supplies for engineering projects, interacting with vendors to obtain price and product information.
