o Preparing all the Lease Documents of the tenants in the Mall and its proper execution in a systematic manner on basis of the acceptance of the proposals.
o Issuing Renewal of Lease Agreement
o Drafting Letters for renewal of the Lease and its subsequent reply
o To arrange meeting and appointment for senior level executives and implementing minutes of the meeting.
o Issuing required work permission to the tenants within the stipulated time through proper channel. (Physical or vide e-communication)
o Instant Filing of Lease Agreements and legal documents.
o Drafting all official letters for Manager and GM’s.
o Preparing Proposals for the new tenants with available and applicable spaces in the Mall.
o Finalizing all the Leasing formalities.
