responsible for conducting household assessments, among the population affected by the Syrian crisis; to determine eligibility for assistance. Provide information to them about legal rights and access to services. Refer the beneficiaries to external or internal assistance as appropriate. Carry out protection monitoring and follow-up as directed by the Project officer to monitor the evolution of protection concerns among refugees and host populations. Assist the finance department in the cash distribution for beneficiaries.

My Main duties :
•I Supervise, monitor and evaluate volunteers' performance.
•Conduct weekly and monthly reports to the field coordinator on the activities and tasks carried out in the field .
•Supervise and support children’s psychosocial support and age appropriate recreational activities
•Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance to the weekly plan and theme
•Ensure a safe and child-friendly atmosphere within the Child and Family Centre
•Conduct parents’ meetings / sessions on weekly basis and help in understanding children’s behavior and practicing better parenthood at home
•Provide Field Coordinator with accurate quantitative date regarding daily children participation including a breakdown by gender and age
•Ensures adherence to the Child Safeguarding Policy and reporting procedures.
IRADA; as an intern, through IRADA, I was trained at Save the Children International under the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) department.
My Main Tasks:
•Assisted in the process of data collection through field visits, surveys, and focus groups.
•Assisted in the creation of excel templates for data entry.
•Assisted the MEAL with home visits.
My Main Tasks under two Projects:
Conducted parent meetings, for the beneficiaries; as part of the project activities
