Managing office financial transactions and office accounting system.
Managing office HRM System.
Acting as a liaison with the Central Tenders Committee in Kuwait by Receiving RFP’s and creating tender proposal.
Managing the Quality Management System that is implemented in the company as per the standard of ISO 9001:2008, in addition to all of its documentations.
Setup and Control Office Operations including materials and procurement related issues.
Administer Tender Sourcing/Proposals Preparation and Submittal.
Issue Dashboard Reports relevant to HR/Account Department.
Manage Seminars/Training Schedule, Logistics and be involved in the actual monitoring of the event.
Organizing HR/Visa/Ticketing/Accommodation related arrangements for.
Participate during requirement capture meetings.
Client-site project support.
Preparing and managing the company’s monthly expenses, deposits and petty cash reports.
Provides oversight of the recruitment process and consultation and assistance during the recruitment process.
Managing events and workshops.
Creating organizing and implementing an employee leave system to track annual leaves, sick leaves and public holidays of each employee
Follow-up with government documents in terms of renewal and expiration

Conducting Presentations and Reports for Senior Management as needed
Arranging for periodic department meetings, and conducting Minutes of Meetings & Agendas, and handling related correspondences as needed
Handling the project admin tasks and forms
Handling projects Documentation and updates accordingly
Following up with on-site project managers on any updates and changes to be made to the project documentations or mapping
Supporting senior level management in Meeting arrangements, Research functions
