• Responsible for all pharmacy automation equipment.
• Arranging the pre-installation requirements as needed.
• After installation I prepare the needed configuration for each machine, assign and load the medications, give training and presentations to the nurses and pharmacists (the concerned staff) and create user manuals for the staff.
• Follow up and support in all installed sites.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with the end users.
• Preparing the compliance sheets for our tenders.
• Keep up to date with our machines by reading the manuals and attending training.
• Self-learning and understanding of new equipment installation by searching, reading manuals, attending training, and knowledge transfer with my colleagues.
• Investigating the consumption of the consumable so that I can convince the end users to use and request it as much as they can.
• Preparing case studies in the hospitals (pharmacies and wards) to check the best places to install our machines.
• Communicate with our suppliers in case of any issues and maintain our relationship with them.
• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
• Arrange appointments and meetings with the end users.
