• Research
• Managed existing IP registrations for clients.
• Handled client communication in respect of their pending applications.
• Provide legal consultation regarding IP matters in Kuwait to the clients.
• Following up and reply to clients' complaints.
• Reply to clients’ inquiries and follow up on their pending IP cases.
• Correspond with various prestigious law firms to obtain quotations and finding the most competitive fees.
• Sending and receiving of packages and documents via DHL, UPS and other couriers
• Responsible for the sending of mails via the Kuwait Post Office, including registered mail.
• Balancing and preparation of Daily/Monthly petty cash & expenses reports for the Smas-IP Kuwait office.
• Other admin duties as assigned by the Director of Kuwait office .
• Advise on matters related to corporate registration of our clients;
• Advise on protection strategies the clients;
• Providing advice and assistance for protecting on matters relating to Trademarks, Copyrights, and Patents in the company interests..
• In charge of the cautionary notices of publication in local media.
• Make analysis and provide advices on assignments and Licenses.
• Issuing an invoices & proforma invoices for the client regarding the processes in Kuwait through an internal system at our office, and following up with the settlement of the invoices issued
1. Maintain close relation with all our clients.
2. Work on maintenance contract and invoices.
3. Handling the cash payments for the company.
4. Following up with all the bank transactions.
Main responsibilities:
Build and maintain close working relationships with customers
Define annual sales target, sales forecast and growth.
I hold finance and banking degree from Amman Ahliyya University.
