i started with Zain as the Key account manager handling major accounts and managing them to ensure satisfaction and stickiness. Then i took over the call center management operations for a year and managed to ensure customer satisfation and introduced the student program as a new resources channel instead of full timers to reduce costs. Then till this date for 4 years i have been handling the Credit and Collection Manager for the whole postpaid base. i managed to balance between company revenues and customer satisfaction and reflected on company KPI's.
I started as the customer service supervisor where i was managing the day to day operations to ensure delivery and maintenance for the whole base and later moved as the key account manager and expanded the buisness through outsourcing printining solutions with long term contracts to ensure stickiness and satisfaction.
