Job Description
Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
Compile report for management showing results (ROI).

Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and other documents.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
Take, type and distribute the minutes of meetings.
Implement and maintain office systems.
Maintain schedules and calendars.
Arrange and confirm appointments.
Organize internal and external events.
Handling incoming mail and other material
Set up and maintain filing system
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers
Setup work procedures.
Collate information.
Maintain databases.
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer the inquiries and provide information.
Liaison with internal and external contacts.
Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
Operate office equipment.
Manage office space
Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Greet guests.
Making Purchase orders, Quotation and invoices .
Arranging Quests Meetings and taking notes .
Answer incoming calls correctly and expediently and courteously.
