Recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions.
Planing and conducting new employee on-boarding to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Creating the company's policies, procedures and Job descriptions.
Assessing the training needs for the company's staffs.
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Assist the management in all employees matters and relations.
Responsible for writing and sending inquiries for suppliers in Europe and China and assisting the department manager in the offshore and exports activities mainly in Africa.
I earned a Bachelor in Business Administration in 2003 from the University of Balamand ( North Lebanon -Kalhat) and since I always liked to work in the HR department but didn't have the opportunity ; I decided in 2012 to do a professional degree in this field, that's why I first did the courses related to the PHR degree in The Lebanese American University (LAU in Beirut). Later on, I traveled to the USA and did an intensive course offered by the Society of Human Resources and management in Chicago. Finally, I did the HRCI test ( was done in the Amideast in beirut) and after passing it got the certificate and title of PHR from the HRCI
