Responsible for maintenance of all Refrigeration and HVAC systems to provide for good indoor air quality. Make recommendations for changes and improvements in HVAC systems as required to proved good indoor air quality.
•In-charge & responsible to supervise the personnel to maintain all split type, package type, window comport unit air-conditioner for community housing complex, for Qatar Petroleum Staff.
•Pre commissioning inspection of HVAC equipment to ensure that the equipment and systems are in an satisfactory state, with all items of equipment fully operational, prior to commencement of commissioning.
•Prepare planning, scheduling functions in major project implementation for Refrigeration and HVAC maintenance activities requirements.
•Supervised and trains skilled and unskilled workers assigned to projects; assigns specific tasks to workers; evaluates results; participates in performance evaluations and recommends areas for individual training and development.
•Responsible the newly installed HVAC equipment, commission activities, related procedures pertaining to the HVAC system and the subsequent reporting procedures for the acceptance of the system for the building in the project. Testing, adjusting and Air Balancing and Performance Test Run of the system.
•Fields supervision of personnel in Electrical & Mechanical works for HVAC maintenance.
•Training the personnel and provides technical advice on system suitability to be installed and maintained the HVAC system.
•Overall in-charge and supervised to maintained the all HVAC equipment in all plant station.
LEAD SENIOR REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN
- charge & responsible in self-contained console air-conditioner with independent compressor, matched in air-cooled in direct drive semi-hermetic reciprocating type compressor with integral compressor system matched remote air-cooled condenser, and all Split Type units, Split Central units, Window Comfort Units.
•In- charge & responsible of dismantling, and repair any kinds of compressor in independent reciprocating type of compressor for cold storage. Maintaining and repair of car auto air-conditioning equipment and piping installation of centralized air-conditioning units and body re-painting if all kinds if units.
Has over 6 year experience in various industries of refrigeration and HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning of newly installed equipment. Acts as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete HVAC controls systems with assigned projects. Ensures work performed is in compliance with state, local, and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics. Makes recommendation and assists in the formulation of design procedures.
GENERAL OVERVIEW OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning, organizing and supervising an inspections program involving the enforcement of codes and regulations governing the construction, maintenance and repair of a variety of HVAC systems and installations. Supervising and participating and participating in the activities of field inspectors engaged in enforcing compliance with codes and ordinances, provides technical assistance to subordinate inspectors as needed. Supervises and makes special inspections, investigates and gather’s evidence of violations, makes periodic inspections to see that work is being carried out properly by subordinate inspectors, and responsible of day to day engineering works in the filed of HVAC equipment, maintain quality assurance to confirm that the execution of all works is in accordance with the plan, specification and standardization of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
