• General accounting
• Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payables and receivables.
• Producing error free accounting reports and present their results.
• Accounts payable functions from booking of invoices, preparing payment, and payment posting, ensuring all invoices are booked in the accounting software correctly.
• Preparation of payments through online transfer, bank transfer or cheques.
• Preparing journal entries, keeping the balance sheet up to date and preparing adjusting entries if necessary.
• Prepares daily, monthly, and yearly sales report to the management.
• Provides summary of aging of accounts on a weekly basis and see to it there is no overdue or unsettled accounts.
• Directly communicates with foreign suppliers on their queries and reconciliation of their accounts on regular basis.
• Preparing and posting bank entries for 5 subsidiary companies
• Posting of intercompany transactions and issuing tax invoice if necessary
• Bank payments entries and settlement entries.
• Petty cash monitoring, booking, replenishment and audit.
• Preparing materials necessary to audit process.
• Assist in the preparation for account period end closing (monthly and yearly)
• Monthly Reconciliation functions: vendor, banks, intercompany, general ledger, tender, related party
• Assisting in the preparation of reports for UAE VAT returns, VAT reconciliation and posting VAT entries once filed
• Assisting in the preparation of management reports and financial statements
• Ad Hoc reports required by Head of finance and admin.
• Prepares the whole payroll process when the payroll officer is on leave.

• Preparation and distribution of payroll for the organization’s management staff every month.
• Computes in daily basis late, absences and overtime.
• Monitors cash advances of employees to be deducted on payroll.
• Prepares listings for Wages Protection System which is forwarded to the bank.
• Prepares the monthly payslips for the employees.
• Provides the daily, weekly, and monthly sales report of the organization.
• Prepares the computation of vacation pay, gratuity and final settlement of employees.
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliation.
• Responsible for the payables of the company, from monitoring, checking, up to preparation of cheque payments.
• Actively communicate within team and with other departments in a cooperative and good will manner through all possible communication means.
• Acts as the petty cash custodian.
• Participate and contribute knowledgeable and experience to build team capacity.
