Overlooking MENA region. My duties in this role are, but not limited to:

- Identify new potential opportunities
- Coordinate design with site situation, analyze the received input
- Create project planning
- Build accurate scope of work, cost studies and proposals
- Support design and execution teams during execution phase
- Follow up and maintain good relationships with clients
- Develop different technical presentations to clients (Developers, Engineers & General contractors)
- Manage proposals database on Salesforce/CRM
- Generate/review of contracts general and specific terms and conditions

- Conducted projects from conception to completion; coordinated with consultants and contractors to meet client's requirements
- Prepared tender documents including but not limited to specifications and bill of materials
- Managed time, budget, and schedule of residential and commercial projects
- Carried out periodic inspections ensuring quality compliance
- Created Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for entire projects life cycle; from initiation to closure phases
- Prepared technical presentations and directed weekly meeting to address and solve issues
- Achieved value engineering to mitigate labour and material costs
