Performs end to end closing of Sales from soliciting customer requirements, negotiating a good offer up to the realization of sale.
Prepares necessary sale documentations such as quotations, Terms and Conditions, and invoices and receipts.
Creates loss of sales with valid reasons for inventory notification and further action in SAP.
Perform inventory related tasks such us order/
back-orderfollow-ups and follow through of
orders availability including delivery.
Maintains RetailStandards as per principal requirements.
Handles payment-related functions such as maintenance of cash desk in compliance with the finance department guidelines.
Identifies areas forimprovement and
recommends kaizen ideas or suggestions to Manager.
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure that they match the purchase order and meet quality standards.
Storing goods organized and safely, using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating them in the computer system.
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, including verifying that the correct products are included and that the packaging is secure.
Operating material handling equipment and using scanners to track and locate products.
Assisting in the loading and unloading of trucks and other vehicles.
Participating in regular physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.
Participating in the planning and implementation of warehouse layout and design to optimize efficiency.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including following all safety protocols and regulations.
Assisting in the training of new warehouse employees.
