Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop new HSE policies and revise existing policies to ensure alignment with regulatory
and organizational requirements.
• Support the preparation, review, and updating of project HSE documentation in compliance
with Saudi Aramco standards, including CSM, GI, SAES, and the Safety Handbook. Ensure all
HSE documents are current, properly maintained, and achieve 100% approval from Saudi
Aramco.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HSE programs, including preparation of
reports and presentations for: Off-the-Job Safety Campaigns, Workplace Safety Campaigns,
Employee Wellbeing Programs
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Accident Prevention Programs.
• Actively participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team/Committee.
• Prepare Emergency Evacuation Floor Plan layouts.
• Plan, organize, and execute emergency drills on a quarterly basis.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for 2026 to ensure full HSE
compliance across all organizational levels, from top management to workforce personnel.
• Develop and monitor 2026 HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), covering HSE audits,
management walkthroughs, safety moment presentations, safety campaigns, inspections,
and emergency drills to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
• Conduct and develop specific risk assessments for laydown areas and workshops.
• Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for all project activities.
• Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the companys ISO certification.

• Manage and analyze HSE data across multiple regions (Asia Pacific & UK), ensuring
accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain HSE dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics, providing actionable
insights to support management decision-making.
• Consolidate and standardize HSE reports from various projects/sites, ensuring alignment
with company standards and regulatory requirements.

and recommending preventive actions.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide expert HSE advisory services for pipeline installation works within urban
environments, ensuring compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and
international standards.
• Develop, review, and approve HSE plans, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
specific to excavation, trenching, pipe laying, and backfilling activities.
• Monitor high-risk activities including excavations, confined spaces, lifting operations, traffic
management, and work near live utilities, ensuring strict adherence to safety controls.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews, identifying hazards and
recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure implementation of traffic management plans to protect workers and the public in
congested city areas.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and local authorities to ensure safe work
execution with minimal disruption to public services and infrastructure.
• Review and validate method statements, lifting plans, and permit-to-work systems prior to

construction activities.
