Ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts and figures and make timely rational judgment. Proven skills in working successfully with people of diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Strong communication skills in the work environment.
Prepare Monthly Payroll & Month-End Reports, Vacation Payment, Final Settlement through Bank Transfer payment/Issuance of Cash Vouchers, \/Cheque’s Payment such as various personal advances, prepaid housing & transportation, advance salaries, etc. To update Attendance/Timecard in the system. To provide any information required by various departments regarding personnel matters like overtime, salary, or anything in attendance.
To maintain the payroll system in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all payroll related transactions.
To ensure the accuracy of setup and its application of cost assignment to the responsibility centers. Trouble shoot issues and concerns as needed. Integrate and reconcile the HR to the Finance Payroll. Compile source documents. Provide regular and ad-hoc payroll reports to management, and to employees.
Administer employee files, records, benefit entitlements in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances. Establish employee files in the computerized accounting system. Verify and report on benefits payments. Maintain the leave management system. Verify annual leave records. Calculate and action deductions.. Prepare separation documents for terminated employees. Maintain confidential employee files.
To implement Personnel Policy by providing assistance for any query of staff regarding existing/current policy.
