•Providing advice/ resolution on Contractual disputes.
•Reviewing/ checking of Monthly progress payment of subcontractors including all back-up.
•Preparing of letters to subcontractors in accordance with contracts.
•Reviewing, checking/ verifying additional works (Change orders) with respective cost category/ discipline wise thru Site Instruction prepared by Construction team from issuance up to completion of the work.
•Reviewing/ checking of Change proposals prior to preparation of Change order approval request for JV management approval.

• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from Suppliers, vendors and Subcontractors with close coordination and monitoring to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Set-up maintain the cost control spreadsheets to Company Standard Work Breakdown Structure.
• Provide project cost reporting with revised forecast/budget and explanation of any deviations between actual to date and budget date.
• Play major role in preparation of variation/change orders.
• Reviewing/ checking of issued site instructions with cost impact, additional works and field change notice.
• Preparing of letter correspondence to Company and subcontractors in accordance with contracts (Cost related issues)
• Reviewing contracts.
• Reviewing all in/ out letters/ documents from/ to Company and subcontractors.

• Producing manpower actual mobilization plan, weekly and monthly forecast based on recruitment status.
• Monitoring, reporting and forecasting project cost & revenue trends.
• Monitoring, reporting and forecasting actual versus scheduled progress, productivity, manpower & construction equipment status / usage / trends.
• Producing the Project Management Control Report.
• Gathers all back - up data in preparation for monthly billing for Mechanical
Package A includes mechanical piping, steel structures, and equipment and Building Package D includes buildings, electrical, plumbing, firefighting and HVAC.
• Prepares quantity-take-off analyzing, applying formulas to facilitate the preparation of bill of quantities, earned quantities to be billed, according to the approved rules of credit / Progress measurement, approved schedule unit rates and other documentation to enable the works to be measured and valued.
• Gathers all back - up data in preparation for monthly billing for Mechanical.
• Sets-up databases for tracking physical progress and invoicing formats in compliance with client’s requirements and contract provisions.
• Updates installed quantities into respective discipline tracking databases to support progress reporting and measurement for invoicing.
• Marks-up IFC drawings for works completed or in-progress for schedule assessment, measurement and/or study purposes.
• Updates and sets-up the Over-all Manpower and Equipment Status of the Project.
• Gathers all back - up data in preparation for monthly billing for Mechanical.
• Sets-up databases for tracking physical progress and invoicing formats in compliance with client’s requirements and contract provisions.
• Prepares reports as required by the Client, Project Manager or Executive management.
• Marks-up IFC drawings for works completed or in-progress for schedule assessment, measurement and/or study purposes.
• Updates and sets-up the Over-all Manpower and Equipment Status of the Project.
• Daily Field monitoring / tracking of Mechanical Piping and Equipment works, actual installed pipelines including fit-up and welding and Mechanical Equipment works actual installed quantities.
• Assist daily production.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of the boiler generator and HVAC Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning.
• Monitoring and maintenance of the waste-water treatment / waste storage shelter.
• Repair breakdown / defective equipment and perform Monthly preventive maintenance.
