Have to monitor that all jobs are being processed as per agreed priority at all
Stations during these shifts.
•Will have to turn over all pending work to the other shift through continuous monitoring and analyzing efficiency reports on a daily basis.
•Should always maintain working efficiencies on highest standards. To reduce the fabrication errors.
•Should conduct routine visits at working stations and ensure that employees are working as per the safe working procedure and shall also ensure that House Keeping is being continuously maintained.
•A report at the beginning of any shift shall be forwarded to the Manufacturing manager pertaining to these issues.
•Should be able to shift, manpower in various sections depending on work load or shortages of manpower in various sections.
•Performs other tasks given to me by my superiors as the needs arises.

•Receives instruction from the Japanese Supervisor prior to conducting inspection on fabrication from receiving of materials, pre- assembly of components prior to welding, edge preparation and visual inspection of welding, blasting (Surface Preparation), and painting.
•Prepares reports and some other related documentation.
•Reports to the QA/QC Manager for some non-conforming products.
•Attends to the daily Quality Briefing for some important aspects which needs to be upgraded on quality control and schedule.
•Reports to the QA/QC Manager regarding the progress status of inspection.
