• Report directly to General Maintenance Director
• Liaise with Maintenance Department Heads, Engineers and Supervisors
• Act as overall coordinator for General Maintenance Administration and manage team of Maintenance inspectors.
• Maintenance Automation System Administrator in coordination with IT Administration (web-based maintenance request application)
• Receive, review, evaluate and retain monthly preventive reports/records submitted by maintenance sections and contractors for survey requirements
• Conduct random, regular rounds and inspections of King Saud Medical City facilities, equipment and infrastructures
• Maintain and organize records of PPM files for CBAHI/JCIA survey requirements
• Act as Quality Coordinator and Safety Liaison Officer for General Maintenance Department
• Prepare and submit regular report to Quality Administration for Engineering Performance Indicators and Performance Improvement Projects
• Review, update and create Preventive Maintenance forms as per FMS standards
• Liaise with outside contractor for contracted periodic preventive maintenance of utility systems (generator, electrical systems, HVAC, firefighting, etc)
• Represent Director of General Maintenance in Environmental and Facility rounds and meetings.
• Create and update departmental plans, policies and procedures of General Maintenance and review other plans that involve maintenance concerns.
• Facilitate Performance Improvement Project of General Maintenance.
• Prepare and update reports on General Maintenance Department Strategic Plan, KPIs, Annual Reports and other departmental documents (staff evaluation, staffing plan, scope of service, etc.)
• Prepare official letters, circulars and e-mail (English) for General Maintenance Administration
• Represent General Maintenance during CBAHI survey interview and document review.
• Performs other work as per instruction by General Maintenance Director and Associate Executive Director for Engineering Affairs.
