As a member of the global Business Management team responsible for the effective implementation and facilitation of various strategy, change management and business execution initiatives relevant to the VTB Shanghai including:
- Delivery of tasks and projects to ensure successful business execution across the client facing businesses
- Development and maintenance of business pipeline reporting;
- Ensure that internal procedures are followed and external regulations are adhered to at all times;
- Manage a “book of work” relating to initiatives of particular interest to the Global Head;

- Open position reporting and analytics (Spot, MM, REPO)
- Securities (high liquidity Stocks, Bonds, etc)
- Risk management (FPL, EPL, HML, PSL, DLL)
- Real-time liquidity position control (Global Markets dept deals): FX/MM, spots, derivatives, metals, etc using Murex integration flows

Crowd Forecasting Project
Innovative Prediction markets technology implementation (never in Banking before). Stock Exchange system, where sales managers buy/sell forecast outcomes as futures. The systems more accurate market predictions then analysts forecasts.
As a Project Manager I responsible for projects:
• The new Chart of Accounts and XBRL requirements by Central Bank implementation.
Implement new methodology and prepare general ledger based on Microsoft Dynamics Navision to the new requirements raised by regulator
• IFRS 8 Segment Reporting
Bank is changing segment-reporting format from GEO disclosures to Business Line driven disclosures. CIB business block MIS figures are expected to be taken to the segment disclosure. To be able to split PnL and BS to specific business units and reconcile it to IFRS result
• Cognos TM1 update (budget planing system)
• Microsoft Dynamics Navision General Ledger update to new version (2017)

As part of the NTG PMO office, I was a member of the team which implemented STAGE, a new Portfolio management system, internally developed by NTG.
My role:
- Compile training material for STAGE
- Map organization structure, projects and work packages on the system.
- Present the system to customer
I was assigned as Project Manager to Digital Telecom Startup (funded by STC) to enable Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Features across 9 systems (CRM, Payment Gateway, Order Management System, e-commerce system, Last-Mile Delivery, etc). This project was being completed in order to prevent, detect and recover revenue leakage.

Achievements
2015
Design and realise online multilingual video selling platform for international kickboxing federation W5 (w5kick.tv). I managed and controled full cycle of project including API for mobile applications. Coordinated cooperation with external iOS-developers team.
2014
Managed a project (as project manager, co-founder and CIO) creating startup Sovax (sovax.net) - online satellite monitoring system and moving history for GPS-trackers and mobile devices (Android) using Google Maps API. Projects includes creating mobile application for Android and GPS-GLONASS trackers integration in one place. During the project coordinated cooperation inner project team and external team of Andorid developers from Apache Cordova. Now the project is on second level of FRII startup incubator.
2011
Launched new Anneya website. Anneya is a harp encrusted with Swarovski crystals. My idea was to create online 3D model of this product and video with woman playing it. Thanks to using this technology harp was presented in exhibition in Dubai and successfully sold.
2010
I planned and launched online advertising campaignfor online shop of security systems Arsenal-SB. Thank to this campaign in 2 years the company has become one of the largest players of the market of security systems and CCTV.
2008
I planned and launched online advertising campaignfor Famo-Motors - Mercedes car repair service. After this activities company increased the number of customers.
2007-now
kp-mebel.ru for Komplekt-Profi. I designed easy furniture search system (more than 5000 items in database). In total with SEO and contextual advertising small company was growup to top-10 russian furniture companies (by SPARK system data).
2005-2006
Managed and realized a project of creating online service for selling big land propertys in Moscow region. My ideas was to use new techonologies in this market. We were the first who used interactive map for selecting the avaible lands (there was no geoservices such as Google Maps, so we used vector map). The second idea was to use panoramic photos to show lands to clients online. The website saved a lot of time and resources to the show lands, they are located at long distances in the Moscow region. Thanks to effective online advertising campaign company had sold out all products (about 50 big lands) in 2 years.
