• Gazli Underground Gas Storage Facility Expansion (Uzbekistan), consisting of construction of Booster compressor station of 2x40MW Gas Compression Units (Siemens Energy) + Zeolite Gas Purification plant + 60 new wells drilling

Responsibilities:
• development and maintenance of a detailed Project Schedules (level 3-4) for all EPC/EPIC phases in Primavera P6
• coordination of work between departments and building common project priorities between all EPC phases, establishing a project performance index for the team
• Engineering control: includes FEED and Detailed Engineering stages; MDR monitoring; determining the pace of development of design documentation; prioritization of the development of individual parts of the project; assistance in obtaining initial data
• Procurement control: PSR development and monitoring status of LLI and BULK materials; order placement and payment register prioritization and support in solving issues with suppliers (technical and organizational)
• Construction control: CPMS development and setting work plans based on procurement schedule (monthly and weekly plans); calculation of the mobilization of personnel and equipment; calculation of the eficiency of work at Site, actual progress monitoring, resource-leveling and identification of factors that negatively afect performance
• weekly analysis of problematic issues, planning risk mitigation activities, analysis of deviations from the schedule baseline
• development of look ahead plans, recovery and corrective action plans and lessons learned
• providing the team with data and target plans to develop a project schedule level 5-6
• development and analysis of S-curves by project phases and stages; critical path diagrams maintenance
• control of the project cost in terms of compliance with the target values and the declared rate of development of investments
• financial control of the project regarding the achievement of key project milestones for further invoicing
• presentation of project progress to management and investors
• constant communication with the technical supervision of the project (Worley Parsons) in terms of reviewing the status of the project, solving problematic issues of the project, as well as providing detailed reporting

• Design and manufacture of 2 diesel power plants 5 MW for Gravity Based Structures (platforms for offshore gas production) for Arctic LNG 2 project (NOVATEK as Client and SAIPEM S.p.A. as Contractor)
• EPC contract for the construction of a 25 MW power plant + boiler house in Chukotka arctic region, Russia
• Construction of 2 power plants 3 MW at South Tambey gas field for gas treatment and liquefaction units for Yamal LNG project
• Supply of 17 diesel power plants 25 MW for Salmanovskoye oil and gas field for Arctic LNG 2 project
Direct responsibilities:
• ensuring the fulfillment of development of project documentation (design, engineering)
• searching for vendors, conducting technical audits, analyzing the possibility of vendor to fit project requirements, formation of essential conditions for contracts, bidding and contracting
• control of the terms and quality of procurement in terms of expediting vendors
• quality control of vendors according to the quality control plan, issuing non-conformity reports (NCR) and punch-lists and expediting their closure
• control of the company's own production facility in terms of timing, quality and finances
• performing testing to the Customer in accordance with the test program (FAT, SAT)
• provision of installation and commissioning works at the facility, construction schedule, etc.
• cost management in terms of compliance with the planned budget, the formation and provision of cash flow of the project under the terms of the loan
• full interaction with Customer and vendors on all issues without the involvement of an interpreter
Administrative responsibilities:
• management of the department (16 people in subordination), formation and monitoring of the general schedule for the implementation of all projects, general cash flow
• optimization of internal processes of the enterprise in problems of interaction between departments
