Operation and Preventive Maintenance of Chiller (2000 tons), Cooling Towers, Make-up Air Units, Air Handling Units, Chilled Water and Condenser Water Pumps, Plant Vacuum, Building Exhaust, Air Compressor and Air Driers.
Continuous monitoring and analysis of equipment performance.
Early detection of defects or failures in equipment through use service alarms and log sheets.
Creates documents and presentation such as shift reports and activity reports as required.

On-time escalation of issues monitored and encountered in equipment to prevent downtime.
Use of internal and external test system to locate faults and fix problems quickly.
Checks and monitor compliance of activities to Safety policies and Standards such as identification of proper PPE’s during such activities.
Maintained and implements safety precautions on our working areas to avoid safety issues and prevent accidents by negligence.
Effective drives 5S initiatives and extended programs.
