Project Description: Construction of 8 Claster contain 27 Residential Buildings.
My role in this project :
- Creating the shop drawings (Blockwork, Steel Handrail, Stone Cladding, Marble, Ceramic and Concrete Dimensions) by using Autocad.
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between Structural, Architectural and MEB Drawings.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposal (RFPs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
- Quantity surveying for all structural and architectural Items (Excavation, fill, All Earthwork, Blockwork, Plaster, Paints, Grc, Steel Handrail, Clay Tiles, Marble, Ceramic Works, Stone Cladding and All insulation Work in Roof and Plaza ).
- Making Client Invoice and Subcontractor Invoice .

Project Description: Construction of 4 Residential Building with 10 floor
My role in this project :
• Undertake overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with shop drawings, specification and ontract requirements.
• Review and action material, shop drawing, sample, mock-up etc. submittals.
• Reviewing and approving all the reports and documents related to site activities.
• Responsible for Preparation of proprietary and subcontractor extracts.
• Responsible for preparing & updating projects BOQs and calculating quantities.
• Responsible for the technical revision of all architecture drawings, at different phases of the work progress.
• Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors.
• Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.
• Responsible for creating any required construction details.
My role in this company is to :
• Follow-up the implementation of works for the maintenance and establishment of public schools .
• Delivered this works to the supervising engineer of the Educational Buildings Authority .
• Make work of inventory of all these works and review with the supervisor engineer and technical office engineer .
• Preparation of abstracts of works carried out and reviewed with the relevant technical office .
My role in this company is to :
• Follow-up the implementation of finishing works of the medium housing model
• Assigning each contractor with the appropriate works for him
• Instruct technicians to do the jobs that help to make work in the site very good
• Delivered executed works to the consultant engineer
• Make report about the works carried out and the works being carried out
• Make the best to execution of finishing items with hiqh quality and faster
My role in this company is to :
