Prepare project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from appropriate IT management and project sponsors, Establish project plans, resources, budgets and time-frames, and assign tasks, Identify, track and communicate project progress, milestones, deliverables changes and dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues and risks, Manage team’s performance of project tasks, provide technical advice and guidance, schedule assignments and training for development, prepare performance appraisals, Coordinate project activities across multiple development, product management, user experience and QA teams, Understanding of technical aspects of system integration in a mix technology environment.
Responsible for end-to-end program or project management, demonstrating ownership of entire process from beginning to end. Develops and implements program and project level processes, procedures and performance metric, Provide support to web, mobile and other large software development programs, projects, and interdependencies, reporting anomalies or areas of concern to senior management, Assist in the analysis of the portfolio and provide recommendations on the program/project mix to key decision makers, develop, maintain, and provide expert analysis of the commissioning process where program and projects are added/deleted from the portfolio, develop, maintain, and provide the Management Dashboard, portfolio plan, resource capability plan, portfolio risk register and dependencies register. Assist in Balancing/optimization of the portfolio in terms of strategic goal attainment vs. delivery capacity/capability and business as usual priorities,
Manage multiple, concurrent projects ensuring quality, on-time and on-budget implementations. Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the projects, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project. Utilize mix of global resources within a matrix environment, Utilize NetSuite’s One Methodology to drive implementations to successful completion. Manage expectations with the customers in regards to project scope, NetSuite PS Delivery of Model, Stakeholder Roles and Responsibilities, Timelines, Escalation and Change management, Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks.Responsible for final presentation and signoffs of key milestones and deliverables, such as Project Kickoffs, Project Plans, Change orders, and Status reports, perform post go-live summary analysis on completed
projects, and share with relevant departments internally
