-Evaluate and summarize the proposal of the contractor (Monthly Progress Billing/Payment)
-Consolidates the submitted billing from site progress billing and change orders
-Prepare the quantity take-off for project (additional works)
-Consolidates the take-off in Bill of Quantities 16CSI division
-Reconcile the Quantity take-off with the contractor for the final price and Quantity for recommendation to the client
-Files the documents submitted from site for monitoring -Prepare billing documents for final recommendation -Inspection of progress at site and as a monitoring of billing
-Issuance of non-conformances at the contractor for items that didn’t follow the specifications
-Coordinates the project accomplishment from the contractor to the project manager thru monitoring and reports -Held meeting at site and discuss the project targets and problems encountered, and give an appropriate solutions/proposal thru brainstorming with other engineers and contractors.
-Canvass Items for proposal material and also reference for price list
-Monitoring for all project for the quality of on-going to turn over projects
-Providing analysis and recommendation for current findings and complaints
-Regular attend meeting with site and tackle the top findings to avoid them,
-Regular attend meeting with the top management to discuss the update of the findings at site, and provided consolidated solution from sites to come up with the best possible solution for the findings
-Conduct training at main office for the newly hired Site Engineers/ Quality Control Engineer for inspection housing/site development, billing process, reports
-Conduct the final Evaluation /assessment of the newly hired personnel
Ensuring and maintaining the quality of constructed Housing Unit and Land Development of the subdivision thru;
-Inspection of on-going Housing Project, Mass housing
-Inspection of on-going Land Development, Drainage system, Waterline system, Road Network
-Inspection of Special Project/Amenities, Perimeter fence, gabion, retaining wall
-Checking the quality of material thru random inspection at site or thru the reports of warehouseman
-Checking the quality of priority items; Ready mix concrete/Field mix by regular testing of concrete samples (compression test), Steel bars (tensile test)
-Inspection of submitted billing/accomplishment of contractor and double checking it at actual accomplishment
-Issuing report/Non-conformance reports to the findings and compiling it
-Monitoring of the quality of work with regard to the contractor resources
-Processing of billing of Contractors and updating of the billing monitoring
-Monitoring of Non-conformance report to detect the top problems needed to be address immediately
