Supervises in receiving, issuing of all materials for use in the project. Request price quotations from various local material suppliers and prepares Purchase Order for all local materials needed in the project as per request by different departments. Ensures that all local and imported materials received corresponds to the standards set by the client. Prepares a materials discrepancy report of any over shipment, short shipment, damage and quarantine materials. Ensures that all materials received should have the materials test certificate, calibration certificate and MSDS certificates for hazardous materials.
Supervises in receiving of Materials during shipment. Supervises in checking and Issuing of Materials and ensure that all materials corresponds to the material descriptions / specification stated in PO’s, DELIVERY NOTES & / PACKING LIST. Supervises in making layout and location of all materials in the Lay down yard. Monitoring of material schedule or shipment expected deliveries. Prepares discrepancy Reports or ESDR (Excess, Shortage, Damage Report) of Materials. Prepares RFQ (Request For Quotation) to several vendors / suppliers. Prepares PO’s (Purchase Order) as per comparative prices obtain. Follow up delivery of materials ordered from various vendors / suppliers. Prepares Daily Material Receiving & Issuance Report. Supervises in conducting Monthly Stock Inventory of all materials in the Warehouse. Coordinates with other departments in their request of assorted materials required in the project, particularly those that are urgently required
Supervises in receiving and checking of assorted Piping, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural and other assorted materials for use in the project. Ensures that all materials received corresponds to the material packing lists. Prepares a Daily Receiving Report of all Materials Received. Issuance of assorted materials for use in the project as per Material Requisitions. Monitoring of material schedule, shipment and deliveries for purpose of planning the offloading location. Prepares a bin location of every materials received for easy identification and location. Maintains complete records of all materials received and issued. Conducts inventory of stocks on hand
Prepares a Daily and Weekly production schedule for three different sections under Production Department. Prepares a Daily and Monthly Production Report to be submitted and signed by the Department Head. Prepares a Monthly and Annual Comparison Report of Production Output, Job Efficiencies, Operating Efficiencies, Working Days and Downtime Analysis Report in chart form thru Excel Worksheet. Daily collection of production data output from three different sections of Production Department in preparation for computing the Daily Production Output, Output Efficiency, Operating Efficiency, individual Operator’s Efficiency, Downtime Reports and related data. Weekly meetings with Departments Heads, Area Sales Manager’s, Customer Service Sales Coordinator and the General Manager. Booking of Export containers from different shipping lines for shipment of finished goods to different destinations in the Asia Pacific Region
