--Meet and greet customer
--Insure customer satisfaction and loyalty
--Providing excellent customer service
--Estimate cost and determine course of action, confirm customer approvals
--Inform customer about status of work
--Coordinate activities to insure job is fixed in timely manner
--Obtain customer signature on approval
--Review finishes repair orders
--Insure perfect delivery and quality job for every vehicle he received
--Update customer record
--Find ways to improve customer service
